How Are Cannabis Edibles Made?

We make Evergreen Organix Classix, cannabis edibles, with old-fashion style cannabutter. Each Classix brand product is made with solvent-free cannabis and prepared using only the finest ingredients such as French chocolate, organic coconut oil, extracts, eggs and dairy .

Using only the highest grade cannabis, we make our cannabutter in-house in small batches as to ensure quality. Every batch of cannabutter is lab-tested for quality control and to allow us to gauge how much to use in each batch of edibles as to create ideal dosage amounts for patients.

After our cannabutter is tested, we use it to create batches of cookies, brownies, macaroons and our whole array of gourmet pastries. Presently, we offer the following Classix products:

  • Chocolate Chunk Brownies
  • Chocolate Chip Cookies
  • Oatmeal Cranberry Cookies
  • Coconut Macaroons
  • Peanut Butter Cookies
  • Rice Crispy Treats
  • Chocolate Squares

We use only quality ingredients to make our confections and do our best to use locally sourced products and organic ingredients. We also don’t believe in adding preservatives to our products, so every batch we make is frozen until it is ready to hit dispensary shelves in order to ensure maximum freshness.

We take pride in our ingredients and don’t believe in using additives or questionable chemicals in our products. That is why when a patient reads our ingredient label, there is no question of what is in their medibles and no ingredients that they cannot pronounce or don’t recognize. Patients deserve to know exactly what is in their medicine and we do our best to keep our recipes as pure as possible.

While our Classix products are available now, starting in February 2016, we will also be extending our products to include cannabis that is extracted using carbon-dioxide supercritical extraction. CO2 extraction is one of the cleanest and safest cannabis extraction methods because it leaves no residual solvents in extracted products and has minimal environmental impact. The method is also popularly used to decaffeinate coffee and create essential oils. Look for these items at Euphoria Wellness.

Using CO2 extraction, we will be able to isolate cannabinoids down to their purest molecular forms, meaning that we can extract pure THC or CBD with no additional plant matter and create edibles that do not have any cannabis taste or smell, but still provide patients with the medicinal compounds of medical cannabis that they rely upon.
